Administrator’s Information about personal data processing
Fulfilling the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) [Official Journal of the EU L.2016.119.1 of 4 May 2016], hereinafter referred to as: GDPR, we inform you that:
- The Controller of your personal data is the AGH University of Krakow, 30 A. Mickiewicza Avenue, 30-059 Krakow, hereinafter referred to as the AGH University;

- Personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the consent of the person interested in receiving electronically the Newsletter conducted under the SOCCER project;
- The recipients of personal data will be authorised AGH employees. Recipients of personal data may also be entities entitled to obtain them by law or entities providing technological support for the IT systems in which personal data is processed;
- The person referred to in paragraph 3 has the right to request from AGH access to his/her data and the right to rectification, the right to erasure and the right to restrict data processing in the cases and under the conditions set out in the GDPR. A person also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
- Personal data will be processed until the consent for processing is withdrawn or until the purpose for which it was collected is no longer fulfilled;
- Personal data shall not be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling;
- The provision of personal data is voluntary. If they are not provided or if consent is withdrawn, we will not be able to send the Newsletter. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Right to withdraw consent - withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose referred to in paragraph 3 may be effected by unsubscribing from the Newsletter or by sending a statement to the e-mail address soccer@agh.edu.pl.
