Fulfilling the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) [Official Journal of the EU L.2016.119.1 of 4 May 2016], hereinafter referred to as: GDPR, we inform you that:

Personal data is collected in connection with the download of the SOC4Academia Toolbox provided as part of the implementation of the SOCCER project. This is necessary in order to demonstrate the measure of implementation of the above project.
Thereby, personal data is collected pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR, i.e. its processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a task carried out in the public interest. Based on the regulations of the Act on Higher Education and Science the basic mission carried out by the University based thereon, which is to conduct scientific activity, disseminate and multiply the achievements of science, participate in the development of the society, as well as shape civic attitudes and create an economy based on innovation.
The recipients of personal data will be authorised AGH employees. Recipients of personal data may also be entities entitled to obtain them by law or entities providing technological support for the IT systems in which personal data is processed;
The person providing personal data has the right to: request from AGH access to his/her data, as well as the right to rectify his/her data, the right to erase his/her data, the right to restrict the processing of his/her data in the cases and under the conditions set out in the GDPR. A person also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
Personal data shall be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, but no longer than 30.09.2030;
Personal data shall not be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling;
The provision of data is voluntary but necessery in order to be able to download the SOC4Toolbox Academia.
